2. Quote Requests and Bookings

Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. A booking is confirmed only when a team member has contacted you, confirmed pricing, and scheduled your appointment. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. SMS Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Eco Cleaning VA regarding your inquiry, appointment details, and promotional offers. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a service request or consent to SMS communications. This consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage not caused by our team, or dissatisfaction reported after the 24-hour window.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of recurring service.

6. Access to Property

By booking a service, you represent that you have the legal right to grant access to the property being cleaned. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access for our team on the scheduled service date. We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete service due to restricted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Cleaning VA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
